I want another person

Maybe they won’t be scared

Of what they find inside

Bedroom locked

Gripping his head

It hurts too much

Burning frustration

Too hot to touch

Too cold to feel

Alone and submerged

Deep underwater

A savaged man

No chance to swim to the top

Of the ocean surface

Alone and submerged

Something mended

Suddenly and too easy

Temporary solace

For the diamond in the rough

Climbing a mountain

Call it ourselves

Rock bottom

So close

So far

Temporary solace

Alone and submerged
