dark perspectives

Black beauty ego has gone too far
An aroma of sadness in fool’s paradise
My eyes sting in other people’s stares
Because loneliness seeps through a series of vanity cares
Black beauty ego has not done enough
Bitter and apprehensive in fool’s paradise
Forcing reactions with my foot on the pedal
Hand in the wind and life on the heroine needle
Oh, how black beauty ego, you hide so much
Crazy and wild
My black beauty ego, so cold to the touch
